I spend my days meeting with women, studying the Bible, and praying together, with the hope that each one will flourish through every season of life. I’m grateful to serve alongside godly, loving people who consistently have my back, and I count it a privilege to have a front-row seat to God’s redeeming power at work in people’s lives.

I’ve been on staff for 23 years (in Africa and NYC), and it remains one of the greatest joys of my life to walk with others as they grow in Christ.

On the personal side, Noel and I have been married for 31 years, and we’re the proud parents of four young adult children.
