I am borderline obsessed with training and development, both personally (I am trying to be the best gardener in my off-hours!) and professionally. I excel at helping those around me grow into their full potential, so they flourish, and the workplace does as well! I believe both are truly possible. 

My background with The Navigators spans collegiate ministry (shout out to Vrije Universiteit in Holland, Boston University, NYU, and Marymount Manhattan College), Life & Leadership Coaching (I’m an ICF-credentialed coach), and now nationally in Leader Development. At the core, I have a heart to see leaders flourish so the Kingdom can advance freely!
