Steve Tice

I partner with church leaders to build disciplemaking cultures that transform their communities. My day-to-day work includes coaching pastors, training staff, and strengthening teams. One of the greatest joys in this role is the long-standing relationships we’ve developed with churches—relationships marked by deep trust—and now seeing younger leaders build on those foundations.

I bring broad experience working across a variety of church traditions and a unique ability to identify theological strengths that can energize intentional discipling. I’m also motivated by the opportunity to bring innovative solutions to the ministry stresses that can so easily lead to disunity.

My wife and I have been bi-vocational throughout our entire career, serving in ministry while also working in the field of music. I’ve been on staff for 37 years.
